Workshop outcomes:
- to understand the role of case management in the code of ethics
- to understand holistically the concept of case management in the child protection field
- to familiarise the social service practitioner with terminology in case management
- to understand the practice and process of case management in child protection taking into account all legislative and other directives
- to understand workflow activities, tools to be used and roles and responsibilities of the social service practitioner
- to apply the workflow in a case study by using tools, forms and legislation
- to apply the code of ethics to a case study
