Workshop outcomes:

to understand the role of case management in the code of ethics
to understand holistically the concept of case management in the child protection field
to familiarise the social service practitioner with terminology in case management
to understand the practice and process of case management in child protection taking into account all legislative and other directives
to understand workflow activities, tools to be used and roles and responsibilities of the social service practitioner
to apply the workflow in a case study by using tools, forms and legislation
to apply the code of ethics to a case study
