Workshop Outcomes

  • To keep abreast of current developments and research.
  • To empower participants regarding their ethical responsibilities, specific in the field of reporting abused or neglected child and child in need of care and protection.
  • To provide participants an understanding of terminology in abuse or neglected child and child in need of care and protection.
  • Improve knowledge and understanding of the application of Section 110 of the Children’s Act as amended.
  • Improve knowledge and understanding of Form 22 and Form 23.
  • To equip the participants with the skill to complete Form 22 and Form 23 correctly.
  • Understanding the role of the national registers .
  • To provide participants with an understanding of their role regarding mandatory reporting.

Module 3: Exploring Section 110

Module 4: Exploring Form 22
